We seek social gamers who have in-depth experience in, a particular games or games, and desire to share their knowledge with our community.
Bloggers
We are looking for bloggers with inside knowledge of social games such as the ones you can find on this site. Posts should be 250-500 words in length, contain only original content (except for brief quotations and links), and relate directly to the interests of gamers in specific games. Ideally we have bloggers that write on more than one game.
If you fulfill ALL of the qualifications below, you are welcome to apply at jobs@gameinsects.com. Please include a sample post, a description of your game experience (include levels) and a short note on why you want to join our team.
Qualifications include:
- Credible, passionate and knowledgeable subject matter expert
- Able to write posts using solid writing skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.)
- Ability to keep their subject current, which usually means publishing daily and replying to comments
- Desire to build their readership, understand their audience, and be the expert
- Technically savvy; able to use WordPress publishing tools
Guide Writers
We are looking for writers with in-depth knowledge and experience playing social games who can write long-form articles for individual games that will become strategy guides. Check out some of our strategy guides: [link]
